The Badge
The Maryland Fallen Police Officers Memorial,
Incorporated is a 501 ( c )( 3 ), non-profit corporation. Donations are
tax-deductible to current IRS rules. This
is a commemorative badge intended ONLY to honor the memory of fallen police
officers. The badge conveys no police authority. Any person who
attempts to use the badge to impersonate a police officer would be in
violation of law and, on conviction, would be subject to fine and/or
imprisonment.

The Maryland Fallen Police Officers Memorial, Incorporated Badge, are now available for sale. Family members: please forward confirmation of being a family member of the fallen officer when ordering so that we will be able to create an ID card of the fallen officer. One Hundred Percent of the sales of the badges will go to fund the construction of the Maryland Fallen Police Officers Memorial, which will be built in Annapolis or the surrounding area. The badge design has been copyrighted and all rights are reserved. At the present time, please allow four (4) to five (5) weeks for delivery. The Badge on the right indicates where requested information will be placed by the badge manufacturing company. If you have any questions, please ask.
The Memorial
The memorial will honor the over 270 fallen police officers
for their unselfish laying down of their lives, protecting the citizens of
Maryland.
